We use Firebase Authentication to authenticate users. We store minimal auth identifiers required to manage your account.

The email you use for communication and (if applicable) the email tied to your payment. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Files you upload
Photos, videos, text and other media you upload to create the tribute video.
Analytics and logs
Basic usage logs, error reports and aggregated analytics to improve the service.

WeCreate stores user data on secure services and follows industry-standard practices to protect it. Our infrastructure includes Firebase for authentication and a CDN (Cloudflare) for hosting media and static assets. Refund & Remake Policy
No Monetary Refunds
If you are not pleased with the video, we do not issue monetary refunds. Instead, we offer to help create a new video. Please email us from the email you used to pay at thinkerben3@gmail.com and we will regenerate a replacement video (one time for free) to address the issues.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at thinkerben3@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it where required by law.
